"Believe In Love" 25.6%... "Flame of Desire" 20.8%


KBS 2TV drama "Believe in Love" made the highest viewing rate amongst the other weekend dramas in the 3 TV networks.

According to the AGB Neilson Media Research on the 21st, "Believe in Love", aired on the 20th at 8PM, recorded a viewing rate of 25.6% and stood first place in weekend dramas.

MBC drama "Twinkle Twinkle" at the same time made 15.1%.

Meanwhile, MBC drama "Flame of Desire" at 10 PM recorded 20.8%. On the same time line, SBS "New Gisaeng Story" made 14.4% and KBS 1TV "King Geunchogo" made 11.6%.

SBS drama "Smile, Mom" at 9 PM recorded 15.4%.

"Dream High 2" hypothetical lead character? "Park Eun-bin vs Park Jin-young


As the drama "Dream High 2" is believed to go into production, there are questions about who will be the new lead characters. There have been rumors about 'Sam-dong's brother' to 'Yang Jin-man as main role', and other various scenario's as well as the question if the cast from season 1 would exist.

It is known that KBS will start production of "Dream High 2" in timing of the next winter break and due to be aired next year. Previously a "Dream High" spokesperson talked about some possibilities to Seoul Newspaper NTN, "There haven't been any details formed. However, season 2 is being positively looked over".

"Dream High" has been getting requests for season 2 from viewers. It hasn't been confirmed if previous characters Suzy, Kim Soo-hyeon-I, Taecyeon, Wooyoung and IU will join in again but other names have been on the list.

Netizens suggested Park Eun-bin who played Suzy's sister Ko Hye-seong as the lead role in "Dream High 2". She appeared wearing a Kirin Art School uniform and reunited with her first love Taecyeon in the last episode, showing the chances of a season 2.

Unlucky genius Yang Jin-man, played by Park Jin-young, reappearing is also a hot issue. He was a significantly skilled teacher at Ki Rin Art School.

Meanwhile, "Dream High" was very popular with a viewer rating of over 20% with idol stars 2PM's Taecyeon and Wooyoung, T-ara's Ham Eun-jeong, Miss A's Suzy and singer IU.

Lee Yo-won succeeds in taking off Queen Seon-deok image and transforms


Actress Lee Yo-won managed to take of the stern image of "Queen Seon-deok" and transformed into a silly character.

In the first episode of SBS drama "49 days" Lee Yo-won played a dark character but in the second episode, after the soul of Sin Ji-hyeon (Nam Gyoo-ri) went into her she plays a more lively and positive character.

Especially in the scenes where she re-received her mission to come alive again by 'scheduler' Jeong Il-woo and in the restaurant, she completely threw off the image of "Queen Seon-deok" and became more tough and appetizing.

Meanwhile SBS drama "49 Days" is about a woman in a coma state that has 49 Days to live.

Lee Da-hae cast for lead female role in "Miss Ripley"


Actress Lee Da-hae has been cast for the new MBC drama "Miss Ripley".

She has been cast for the role of Miri in "Miss Ripley" and will be returning to screens after a year and 3 months of absence.

This drama has the issue of Sin Jeong-ah who faked her education, at motive and the word Ripley means for women to create their destiny on their own.

Lee Da-hae is a character that has an unfortunate life, having lost her family when she was young and being adopted into a miserable family. She then fakes her education without a choice and seizes any opportunity that leads her to success.

She expressed thrill and affection for the drama on Twitter,"I love this feeling of being buried in my script! It's been a while! "The Duo" follow up! Looking forward to "Miss Ripley!

"Miss Ripley" will be broadcast after "The Duo" as a follow up.

Jang Nara and Choi Daniel 'rendezvous' in KBS "Pretty Young Woman"


Actress Jang Nara and actor Choi Daniel are a couple. They have been cast for the KBS 2TV drama "Pretty Young Woman". It is a romantic drama about a thirty year old woman who had the looks of someone much younger and overcomes her demerits of being a high school graduate and credit delinquent and falls in love.

Jang Nara is unmarried woman Lee So-young. She gets rejected from her job for being too old but is like a "Candy" character, developing out her own future.

This would be her first drama in 6 years after "Wedding" in 2005.

Choi Daniel is pork hock descendant Choi Jin-wook. He is a rebellious character that ignores the family business and joins a company for his dreams. He is also the lovable character that falls in love with Lee So-young who is 5 years older than him.

The productions didn't hide their excitement in those two acting together.

A story said on the 15th,"100% synchronized with their roles, we are looking forward to their act together".

"Pretty Young Woman" will follow this May 2nd after "Detectives in Trouble".
